Subway is seeking to employ a new store manager at My Mall in Limassol.
The candidates should fulfill the following criteria:
- Previous experience at least 2 years in a similar role in the food and beverage industry e.g. hospitality, restaurants , coffee shops, snack bars, fast food restaurants.
- Excellent command in English and Greek languages.
- Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
- The ideal candidate should be responsible, reliable, hard working, team player and capable of achieving the monthly revenue goals set by the company.
- Be flexible with the working hours (and willing to work extra shifts if needed).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist in finding new employees and give them a proper training as per Subway standards.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the store and be able to maintain the standards and procedures set up by Subway company.
