We are seeking to recruit a motivated professional to join our team for the position of Store Manager at GUESS Jeans store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store
- Provide high quality of services in full alignment with the brand’s standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with the team to attain the weekly financial objectives of the company (sales targets)
- Develop clear goals and tactics to improve store’s efficiency and provide an exceptional level of customer support
- Act as a point of escalation and interface with both customers and the company’s internal departments to advocate on customer needs
- Frequently provide the company with continuous feedback regarding the store’s performance
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Previous working experience in a retail environment is required
- Fluency in Greek and English. Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
