Parent and child bays are reserved for parents or guardians with at least one child under 12 years old, or for pregnant women. Find them near main entrance ( Entrance B).

Lost Property

If you believe you have lost an item within the centre, please log it on our online form, or call us at 25 343 777. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.

We log all items lost in the centre and after 6 months they are donated to a charity.

Store your luggage for free while you shop, eat, or play at MYMALL. Contact Mall Security Dept. at the Basement Control Room (next to Basement Arcade) and they will be able to assist you. Operating hours form 8:30am until 11pm every day.
